Self-taught artist ,Micaela Perdomo's love for the arts in all its facets began from an early age. She is an early childhood educator and taught for over 13 years. Her work is generally autobiographical based on her particular perception of the world and her own experiences. At the same time, she investigates the mechanism of the creative process and how the environment influences it. She recognizes an unconditional love for graphite, ink and the most artisanal and sustainable processes. Her curiosity and creativity encourages her to try different techniques and forms of representation.
